Golf courses are full of prime tee times being booked 7 days in advance. Everyone is hoping for monsoons to start soon because we are desperate for the water and to help cool it off up here. Through the rigorous checklist of requirements set by the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, it is great to report Forest Highlands as a newly certified Green Business. A key factor to earning this certification is the hazardous waste program that started last year and continued into this year in addition to showing the money saved on water, power, trash, and overall being great stewards of the environment. There was about $8,000 raised for the foundation through the auction of the dining room tables. There are some changes being considered for Labor Day and 2024 holiday barbeques based on the member responses to the most recent survey. • Fourth of July Seating- The first come, first serve rounds under the tent have been an ongoing challenge with people showing up before 3pm to reserve tables and staff being too busy setting up to police the early comers. It has been proposed that instead of adding these tables to the
