PUBLIC WORKS

BARK BEETLE REDUCTION COST SHARE PROGRAM The Arizona Department of Foeresty and Fire Managemnet resumed the BBRCS program in September 2022. Please note, fully dead trees (those with no needles) do not qualify for this cost share program because the beetles are typically no longer present. For a property assessment, please add your contact information to our fall waitlist by using the link below and we will reach out ( You will receive an email confirming you’ve been added)

ROAD CHIP SEALING As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing and improving our community, C&E Paving & Grading will be on site performing chip seal road maintenance from June 12-14, weather permitting. Chip sealing is important for extending the life of our paved roads at a much less expensive cost than an overlay, is much quicker to complete, and creates a fresh surface.

The following roads will receive a chip seal from June 12-14: Karl Mangum (lots 865-868)

Bear Howard (areas not overlayed) Doc Raymond (areas not overlayed)

Platt Cline (lots 560-606) Dad Hawks (lots 619-631) Link Smith (lots 632-649)

LEARN MORE

Roadway access to homes will be maintained during the process as the crew moves along (doing one side of each roadway section at a time) with brief interruptions as they move past driveways and intersections. The contractor will accommodate any necessary access, such as emergencies, at any time.
