WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14 • 5PM CANYON LOUNGE

The Canyon’s very own bartender Sara invites you to her new Craft Cocktail Class! Enjoy an afternoon of fun at the Canyon Bar where you will learn to create your own special craft cocktail. Focusing on a different spirit each month, Sara will teach you how to pair different mixology ingredients in order to create a new specialty cocktail. Each class will conclude with you creating and mixing your own unique cocktail! Snacks and tasting drinks included. $35pp

It’s dinner and a show! Join our interactive cooking classes and learn skills, tips and tricks from our very own Chef Eddie. Held on the Canyon patio, Chef Eddie will inspire you with his passion for cooking while guiding you through crafting some of his favorite recipes. Limited space available. $75 pp

FOOD TRUCK FRIDAYS - SUNDAYS • 4 - 7PM

We will have the Food Truck parked at the Meadow Sports Park every weekend featuring a Fish Fry on Friday, and Tacos on Saturday, Smokey in the Pines on Sunday. No pre-orders necessary.

THE TASTE OF FOREST HIGHLANDS

The Taste of Forest Highlands wristbands will be available at the Canyon’s reservation desk starting Sunday, June 4th. If you have a reservation for the Taste, early wristband pick up is encouraged!
