We are excited to introduce Michelle as our new Fitness and Spa Supervisor! Michelle is a highly experienced personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Michelle is a dedicated fitness professional who has a passion for helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals through customized training programs that focus on strength training, powerlifting, physique, and overall fitness. Michelle has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, having worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. She understands
Reece is joining us from Florida through the H2B program, and we are very excited to have him on the team! My name is Reece Rockman, I am a qualified personal trainer with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My expertise ranges from but are not limited to weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility and mobility training, sports specific training and many more. I started training myself with the goal in mind to better my golf game and turn pro, but that evolved into me having an undying love for helping others reach their fitness goals instead. I am here at Forest Highlands to become a part of the family and make sure every single member reaches their personal goal in a way that is fun and most importantly SUSTAINABLE!!! There isn’t a one size fits all approach, and together we’ll find the one that’s meant for you.
Paul is returning for his 3rd season here at Forest Highlands. He recently expanded his qualifications with a Golf Fitness Specialization! Paul graduated from NAU in 2017 with a Bachelor in Fitness and Wellness. He has been certified as an ASCM Exercise Physiologist since 2018 and has several years of experience Personal Training at the Flagstaff Athletic Club, the Flagstaff Aquaplex, and for the past two seasons at Forest Highlands. He also runs our youth basketball program here. Paul has plenty of experience working in the weight room with all types of athletes including basketball, tennis, football, golf, and Pickleball. In his free time Paul enjoys being outdoors, whether it's snowboarding, hiking, biking, climbing, or golfing. His favorite hobbies include playing basketball, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and playing music. Alongside his career of personal training and health coaching, Paul operates a tree service company as an arborist.

Additionally, Michelle has also worked as a paramedic for over 15 years. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the human body.
