It’s dinner and a show! Join our interactive cooking classes and learn skills, tips and tricks from our very own Chef Eddie.
Held on the Canyon patio, Chef Eddie will inspire you with his passion for cooking while guiding you through crafting some of his favorite recipes.

We will have the Food Truck parked at the Meadow Sports Park every weekend featuring a Fish Fry on Friday, Sliders on Saturday, Smokey in the Pines on Sunday. No pre-orders necessary.
The FH Food Truck is set-up for quick order and pick-up service. Like most Food Trucks, we are unable to take orders in advance, but most food preparations can be done very quickly.
The Food Truck does offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments, so you are welcome to enjoy the Sports Park area while we prepare your food.
We also offer food-service pagers to let you know when your food is ready for pick up.
Please take an opportunity to try and sample some of the great specialized classic dishes offered at our Food Truck.
