Option #2: Email List Interested in Snow Removal but do not want to be on our Priority List? Call us to be on our Email List! Our email list will consist of the first 30 people that reserve a spot. We will email you when a storm is coming, and give you the chance to schedule an appointment that will be available after we have completed our Priority List. This list will not guarantee an appointment at the time requested. Cost: $75/hour with an hour minimum every time we clear your driveway. Example of Email List: 1.Recreation Department looks at size and duration of storm 2.Recreation Department sends an email with all of the above information, and our available appointments 3.Member responds saying that they would like Snow Removal at this time, or that they would NOT like Snow Removal at this time 4.Recreation Department books an appointment for Member based on availability after Priority list has been completed Option #3: One Time Service You will have the opportunity to schedule on a one-time basis, but we will not be accepting emergency calls. Snow Removal service will be by appointment only, and you will not be guaranteed a spot by the time requested. $90/hour with an hour minimum every time we clear your driveway. Option #4: Path List If you would like a path to your front door cleared weekly for a Security House watch, it will be $35/hour with a one- hour minimum. All other paths will be $45/hour. Option #4: Path List DISCLAIMER: Driveways that are not cleared on a regular basis and have accumulated four feet or more of snow, may incur an additional equipment wear and tear fee. Our priority list will consist of the first 40 people that reserve a spot. Members on the Priority List are given the earliest snow removal availability! You won’t have to worry about scheduling every time it snows, we take care of the scheduling for you! Cost: $1,600 for the whole winter (November 1-April 1). We will charge the first $800 in November and the second $800 in January. If a Member chooses to sign up for the Priority List, an agreement with more details will be emailed and must be signed before we reserve your spot on the list.
