2024 ANNUAL PREPAID MEMBER ASSESSMENT PROGRAM The Board of Directors has approved the continuation of the Prepaid Regular Assessment program for 2024. The prepayment program offers the convenience of paying your monthly assessment for the entire year in advance. This program has provided needed cash flow for the Association, and has been helpful for members in avoiding late fees and the convenience of writing one annual check. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved the continuation of the Guest Token Incentive Program to encourage members to prepay their dues.
What is the Guest Token Incentive Program? Members who prepay their annual assessment receive four Guest Token credits posted to your Credit Book, which can be redeemed for EITHER four (4) complimentary guest rounds of golf, OR four (4) complimentary House Guest Cards good for up to two weeks each. This is a value of up to $800.00. Simply notify the Golf Staff at the time you want to use one of your Guest Token credits for a Guest Round OR notify the Admin Staff at the time you want to use one of your Guest Token credits for a Guest Card. How to participate To qualify for the program, your payment of $16,920 ($1,410 * 12 mos.) must be received by the Administration Office no later than January 25, 2024. Your four (4) guest token credits will be available for your use on your Member Account immediately upon receipt of your payment. To take advantage of this program, there are three options for prepayment.

Log into the Member’s Only website to pay using a credit card. Please note that payment by credit card will include a 3% convenience fee. Debit cards are NOT charged a 3% fee.
Members on the auto-debit program can email Kim Rushing, CFO at krushing@fhgc.com to authorize the draft of the $16,920 which will occur on or before January 25, 2024.
