PLAN AHEAD BEFORE VISITING YOUR FOREST HIGHLANDS HOME Northern Arizona continues to have an active winter season. Currently driveways have snow accumulation ranging from one foot to three feet. Due to road snow removal, there are berms located on the edge of driveways. The berms range from three feet to six feet in height. IMPORTANT: If you or guests have plans to visit Forest Highlands, it is vital to plan ahead. Most driveways are not accessible due to berms and driveways need to be plowed so driving on them is safe. Also, for the purpose of SAFETY, street parking is not allowed during snowstorms or when plows are in operation. MAIL SERVICES

Based on requests from a few FH Members, the Security Department will provide a couple of options to have mail picked up and delivered to your home. The primary objective is to prevent the USPS closing a mailbox due to it being full, resulting in the mail taken and held at the Post Office.

DANGER with ICE ON GOLF COURSE PONDS Please do not ice skate, walk on or play around golf course ponds. Recently there have been children playing on iced over ponds; parents and adults with children under your supervision; please do not allow the children to play around the golf course ponds. Many are not aware, there is a Forest Highlands HOA rule restricting activity involving the ponds.
