MICHELLE BAGGS: Michelle is a highly experienced personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Michelle is a dedicated fitness professional who has a passion for helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals through customized training programs that focus on strength training, powerlifting, physique, and overall fitness. Michelle has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, having worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. She understands that each client is unique, and she takes the time to develop individualized programs that meet the specific needs and goals of her clients.She also emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition and recovery to help clients achieve optimal results. In addition to her experience as a personal trainer, Michelle has also worked as a paramedic for over 15 years.This experience has given her a deep understanding of the human body and how it functions, as well as the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. PAUL CAIN: Paul is returning for his 4th season here at Forest Highlands. He recently expanded his qualifications with a Golf Fitness Specialization! Paul graduated from NAU in 2017 with a Bachelor in Fitness and Wellness. He has been certified as an ASCM Exercise Physiologist since 2018 and has several years of experience Personal Training at the Flagstaff Athletic Club, the Flagstaff Aquaplex, and for the past two seasons at Forest Highlands. He also runs our youth basketball program here. Paul has plenty of experience working in the weight room with all
