Use of Guest Token Credits are subject to the following Rules
1. Members who still have physical tokens must now bring the token to the Administrative Office to be converted into Guest Token credits. Physical tokens will NOT be accepted in the Golf Shops. 2. Physical Tokens are not replaceable if they are lost. 3. Members must inform the Golf staff at the time of purchase to redeem a Guest Token credit for an Accompanied Guest Round. 4. Credits may only be used for one round of accompanied guest play regardless of whether it is used at the family rate or the full guest rate. Cart Fees are included . 5. The program allows Guest Token credit use for Golf throughout the entire season, with the exception of holiday weekends. 6. Members must contact the Admin Office at the time they wish to use a Guest Token for the creation of a Guest Card. Credits may only be used for one Guest Card regardless of whether it is used for an Immediate Family or House Guest.
7. Guest Token credits are transferrable to another member upon written request.
