Gratuity Policy All service staff are paid above the required minimum wage and the club no longer charges a service fee to compensate the Food and Beverage staff. An “optional” gratuity line appears on all dining tickets for members wishing to reward a service staff member for “outstanding” service. All gratuities will be distributed to the service staff person(s) designated by the member. Ticket Disputes If members need to dispute a dining ticket, the easiest way is to simply reply to the emailed ticket receipt. A manager will review the dispute within 24 hours.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Registrations for Special Events can be made starting April 28th and cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Online reservations are highly encouraged.
WINE DINNERS
Wine Dinner registrations must be made 30 days in advance and cancellations must be made 7 days before the event.
