CONCIERGE SERVICES The Recreation Department offers several concierge and residential services for our Members. All residential services are by appointment only. We Offer: • Shuttle Service • Snow Removal • Dog Walking/Pet Sitting • House Cleaning • Yard Work • Babysitting • Grocery Shopping and much more To ensure appropriate staffing, we require all requests to be submitted 24-48 hours in advance. Please note that requests submitted with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an additional "Day of Request Fee". There will be a half charge if the reservation is NOT canceled 12 hours before the reserved service time. All charges are payable through your membership account. Please do not pay cash to Concierge Staff. REQUEST SERVICE FLYER

BIKE SAFETY Stay safe by following these rules: • Get acquainted with traffic laws; bicyclists must follow the same rules as motorists. • Ride single-file in the direction of traffic. • Remain alert, keep your head up and look around; watch for opening car doors and other hazards. • Use hand signals when turning and use extra care at intersections. • Always wear a helmet. • Before entering traffic, stop and look left, right, left again and over your shoulder.
