Private Lessons are scheduled at the convenience of the instructor and the Member. The cost is $45 per 30 minute session and is billed to the Member’s account. All private lesson cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson to avoid charges.

HIKING CLUB
2nd and 4th Sunday of each month Meet outside the Family Recreation Center at 8:45am
A member of the Forest Highlands fitness team will escort participating members to a different hike every other week, and guide you on the trail. Details on the hike will be sent out one week in advance.
