DAILY • 9AM-5PM
CONCIERGE FEES All Concierge Service charges are payable through your membership account. Please do not pay cash to Concierge Staff. CANCELLATIONS/BOOKING There will be a half charge if the reservation is NOT canceled 12 hours before the reserved service time. All requests MUST be submitted 24-48 hours in advance to ensure proper staffing. DAY OF CONCIERGE FEE Any requests that are met with less than 24 hours notice will incur a “Day of Request Fee”
