Board Meeting Minutes
In addition to the update provided at the Member Meeting on the Pickleball Facility, other capital projects continue to progress around the Club. The record setting snowfall has provided some challenges for our construction projects, however the Utility Operations Office is expected to be complete by March 15, the expansion of the Meadow Patio is scheduled for completion by April 18, and the reconstruction and enhancement of the restroom at the Covered Bridge Park is expected to be complete by May 31. All completion dates are subject to change based on future weather impacts. We will ensure restroom facilities are available at Canyon Hole #14 and the park in time for Opening Day on April 28. I look forward to seeing many of you over the next couple of months as you enjoy our winter wonderland and to reconnect with those who prefer to avoid the snow and cold once the weather warms up!
