REMINDER - 10 DIGIT DIALING REQUIREMENT
Please do not use the emergency gates located on Paleo Place and T.A. Riordan.
The FCC is Phasing Out 7 digit dialing
Seven-digit dialing is being phased starting on October 24, 2021, and the transition to 10-digit dialing must be completed by July 15, 2022.
The gates have key pads for entry/ exit primarily by emergency 1st Responders. All Members/Guests/ Contractors are to use the main entry at the Security Gatehouse.

SAFETY - DANGER with ICE ON GOLF COURSE PONDS Please do not ice skate, walk on or play around golf course ponds. Recently there have been children playing on iced over ponds; parents and adults with children under your supervision; please do not allow the children to play around the golf course ponds. Many are not aware, there is a Forest Highlands HOA rule restricting activity involving the ponds. Below is part of the Forest Highlands rule about ponds in the winter: Rule 6.20 Fishing …The ponds are considered a restricted area during the winter and all activity is prohibited. Children and pets should not be allowed to play near or on the ponds especially the ice near the edges of the ponds. Winter temperatures in Northern Arizona are not cold enough for prolonged periods to create sufficient ice thickness to walk on. Any frozen areas of the ponds will not hold the weight of people or animal
